Skills and Experience

I’m very active and will happily participate in most anything healthy and fun that you’re interested in. Here are photos of me, leaning on my natural tendencies:

Surfing – 36 years experience, lessons for 19 years.

Golf – SCGA handicap index 10.2, 6 years experience.

Tennis – USTA NTRP rating 4.0, 12 years experience

Fitness – I can help with that too, along with Nutrition and Supplements

The addition of exercise to our recovery program is essential for many reasons. Along with a healthy body and increased energy, we also release ¬†neurotransmitters that improve mood. This also helps combat cravings for the substances we used to take to feel the same way, minus the destructive side-effects. So let’s get moving and have some fun!
